What you will do
- Handle logistics from start to finish and own projects such as creative work, room blocks, catering, swag, staffing and promotional material
- Liaise with venues, agencies, organisers, hotels and couriers, and help find new suppliers and production partners
- Prepare run-of-shows, schedules and backup plans for several events and markets at once
- Manage invitations, registration, attendee messaging and internal promotion per market
- Track budgets for owned and supported events, raise purchase orders, process invoices and update budget tools
- Lead on-site delivery of own events and support flagship regional events
