A remote origination role for experienced loan officers who bring their own investor relationships and production. The officer grows a book of business across private lending, bridge and DSCR products nationwide.
What you will do
- Own, manage and expand an existing book of business
- Originate and close private lending, bridge and DSCR loans nationally
- Build new relationships with real estate investors
- Structure deals and help investors scale their portfolios
- Convert company leads into additional production
- Work with operations, underwriting and capital markets to close loans efficiently
What they look for
- Experience in private lending or business purpose lending
- Strong DSCR experience
- An active existing book of business and established investor relationships
- Direct-to-consumer origination experience with high volume closing history
- Ability to self-source business with a phone-first sales approach
- Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline
Nice to have
- Monthly funded production of USD 3 million or more
- Experience with fix and flip, bridge and ground-up construction loans
