- Lead headcount planning and budgeting with key stakeholders
- Manage expense and cash forecasting across the company
- Run the twice-yearly corporate budgeting process
- Partner with accounting on period-over-period and actual versus forecast analysis
- Improve financial processes and implement planning software
- Work with people, engineering, product, business development and operations on decisions
