Lead financial management for a home care organisation, using reporting and system analysis to anticipate challenges and support the company's mission. The role reports to the Vice President of Finance.
What you will do
- Lead the finance team with sound financial management practices
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis and reimbursement analysis
- Use targeted reporting and system analysis to anticipate problems and guide decisions
- Develop and manage finance professionals
- Present financial insights to senior leadership
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field, or ten years of equivalent experience
- Five years in a financial leadership role or similar
- Prior experience in personal care services
- Experience leading and developing finance staff
- Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills
