Creative Designer

About the role

A creative role in a global creative services team, turning briefs into on-brand concepts for integrated campaigns, events and branded communications across all media. The designer works with marketing colleagues and external partners to position products and services visually.

What you will do

• Develop fresh concepts and design work for new and ongoing campaigns across digital, web, social, print and video
• Produce campaign assets for multiple languages and keep all output aligned with corporate guidelines
• Create icons, infographics and ebooks, retouch photos, and prepare images and social posts for the web
• Build animations for social channels and video content
• Join creative brainstorming sessions and present ideas to clients with clear reasoning
• Weigh project feasibility, manage timelines and meet service level targets with pixel level precision

What they look for

• A strong portfolio demonstrating varied design techniques and styles
• At least three years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency or in-house team
• Ability to organise your own workload, interpret briefs and communicate with stakeholders
• Experience designing for multilingual campaigns
• Solid command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, plus some Premiere and After Effects
• Working knowledge of Google Slides and Docs, and a degree in digital or graphic design or comparable experience

Nice to have

• Motion graphics video creation experience
• Familiarity with social editing tools such as CapCut and Canva
