Creative Localization Specialist

About the role

Adapt creative assets into many languages and formats while keeping accuracy, consistency and brand standards. The role manages localization workflows across print, digital and motion deliverables.

What you will do

• Localize creative assets in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and motion graphics files for many languages
• Submit translation requests through Smartling and apply finished translations to design files
• Adjust layouts, spacing and visual elements for language-specific text length changes
• Run quality assurance reviews for accuracy, formatting and visual integrity
• Manage timelines, file handoffs and deliverables across languages and file types
• Keep asset libraries, naming conventions and version control organized

What they look for

• Detail-oriented approach to localization and design work
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and AfterEffects, plus Figma
• Experience managing translation workflows and multiple languages
• Ability to maintain terminology and brand consistency
• Strong organization and communication with stakeholders
