Act as the bridge between media buying and creative teams, using performance data to direct ad concepts, scripts and production. The role aims to scale customer acquisition and revenue through high-performing creative.
What you will do
- Analyze ad platform metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, click-through rate, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend
- Identify winning creative patterns and audit which customer pain points resonate most
- Translate performance data into clear creative insights and direction
- Develop campaign concepts and write direct-response scripts using proven frameworks
- Brief UGC creators and influencers on hooks, talking points and specific shots
- Review drafts from editors and creators and keep a library of high-performing assets
