Health Consultant

About the role

Provide full health benefits consultancy to a portfolio of mid to high value corporate customers, mostly served through an online flexible benefits platform, while retaining and growing accounts.

What you will do

• Contribute to profitable revenue growth across several service lines and to team targets
• Learn each account in depth, including its health and wellbeing approach and its decision makers
• Arrange broking meetings and coordinate product experts and stakeholders as needed
• Prepare and lead high quality presentations and negotiations
• Cross-sell and widen the range of services each customer buys
• Deliver agreed services on time in line with the project plan, working with client service directors

What they look for

• Experience in broking consultancy or a related benefits role
• Ability to manage, retain and grow corporate customers across healthcare service lines
• Knowledge of products such as private medical insurance, dental, cash plans, employee assistance programmes and health assessments
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Based in the UK or Ireland, with no visa sponsorship available
