What you will do
- Collect the details needed from clients to prepare yearly reporting
- Check client submissions for completeness and accuracy
- Reconcile plans holding only rollovers and plan stock using Excel and admin software
- Run 401(k) testing and reporting in the administration system
- Contact clients by phone and email with reminders during plan year reporting
- Prepare government filings such as the IRS Form 5500 and explain plan documents to clients
