What you will do
- Examine ad results each week and pinpoint winning hooks, angles and formats

- Guide editors, designers and creators so output follows the brief
What they look for
- Able to interpret ad account data and explain why something performed
- Strong written English and an instinct for direct response copy
- Can generate concepts at volume without losing quality
- Comfortable giving clear feedback to editors and designers
- Open to candidates based in Latin America or Eastern Europe
Nice to have
- Experience with Meta, TikTok and YouTube advertising
- Background in copywriting or short-form video
