Creator Manager

About the role

Manage the careers of content creators, grow their audiences and earnings, and negotiate campaigns with brands and record labels.

What you will do

• Oversee influencer portfolios and help talent grow their platforms and secure brand deals
• Scout and sign emerging and established creators
• Build and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns
• Work with internal teams on strategy and expansion of the talent roster
• Operate independently in a fast-paced, remote setting

What they look for

• Strong familiarity with large social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A readiness to hustle to get results

Nice to have

• Experience in talent management, influencer work, sales or marketing agencies
