- Help lenders structure facilities and choose risk mitigation approaches
- Write and maintain credit memorandums and underwriting recommendations
- Monitor commercial loans, flag emerging risks and suggest rating changes
- Check collateral, covenant compliance and financial trends, and gather financial information on time
