What you will do
- Configure and deploy customer-ready voice AI agents using LLM technology
- Gather client information, manage timelines and coordinate implementations
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and monitor agent performance
- Analyse production calls and prepare reports and performance statistics
- Help create onboarding materials and test new features and automated processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer outcomes
