What you will do
- Handle incoming member and provider inquiries by phone and email, recording each contact accurately
- Determine what each caller needs, set priorities and work out a suitable resolution
- Explain program benefits proactively and give correct information about services
- Use computer systems to track calls, gather details and troubleshoot problems
- Escalate complex issues internally and follow up until they are settled
- Meet call center targets for quality, attendance and performance
