- Manage a portfolio of roughly 35 complex, high-touch enterprise accounts
- Check in regularly with customers to learn how they use the products and coach them on best practices
- Build senior-level relationships and deliver a premium customer experience
- Solve complex customer problems with creative solutions that raise product value
- Analyze engagement data, report on KPIs and identify upselling and cross-selling segments
- Mentor new hires and support colleagues outside the enterprise team
