Serve as the main contact for wholesale customers, making sure orders are processed correctly and deliveries run smoothly. The position is remote with flexible hours and some overlap with US Eastern time.

What you will do
- Handle customer enquiries, requests and order changes as the primary contact
- Review and process daily orders arriving by phone, email, fax, EDI and the order portal
- Maintain the order portal and release or adjust orders in the ERP system to prevent errors
- Suggest order quantities based on inventory needs and work with Sales and Marketing on extra orders
- Track success metrics and KPIs, update daily revenue reports and fix basic spreadsheet issues
- Coordinate with Logistics on timely deliveries and flag finished goods shortages to Supply Chain
