Customer Success Specialist (Spravato)

About the role

A client support role guiding healthcare providers through onboarding and ongoing service. The specialist keeps communication clear and helps practices succeed over the long term.

What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding meetings, collect documentation and keep internal teams aligned on next steps
• Maintain onboarding checklists, client trackers and project timelines
• Join client calls, record action items and follow up so stakeholders stay informed
• Manage a caseload of 25 or more accounts while meeting accuracy and deadline targets
• Handle system setup tasks such as clearinghouse enrollment, payer mapping and connectivity checks
• Work with billing, utilization review and benefits verification teams to resolve client questions

What they look for

• At least 3 years in medical billing, accounts receivable management or client onboarding
• Experience supporting Spravato or ketamine treatment programs
• Strong attention to detail and relationship-building skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by email, phone and video
• Comfort managing many accounts at once with strict deadlines
