What you will do
- Run day-to-day recruiting system operations including job setup, workflows, permissions and templates
- Keep recruiting data accurate and reporting reliable through regular audits and data management
- Find and implement ways to streamline, standardise and automate recruiting processes
- Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards on hiring activity and pipeline health
- Work with recruiters, TA leadership and HRIS to troubleshoot issues and improve systems
