Clinician Operations Manager

About the role

Coordinate activities across operational teams so daily work runs smoothly, including staffing, scheduling and workload balance. Help the organisation meet business goals and stay competitive.

What you will do

• Study workload trends, predict resource needs and suggest adjustments or improvements.
• Track operational metrics and key performance indicators to judge efficiency and effectiveness.
• Find process improvement chances in support functions through workflow analysis.
• Handle customer or client concerns, investigate incidents and work with stakeholders on root causes and fixes.
• Set and enforce compliance rules and quality control, including assurance programs and improvement efforts.
• Work with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives and measure their impact.

What they look for

• Three to five years managing clinicians, including prior experience leading a team of providers.
• Three to five years of leadership experience.
• Three to five years of stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to explain organisational value to all levels, including executives, using data, KPIs or expected financial results.
• Strong execution and delivery skills covering planning, delivering and supporting.
• Problem solving, decision making, collaboration and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Three to five years of prior practice manager experience.

Pay

USD 60,300 to 132,600 per year
