Customer Support Consultant (Future Openings)

About the role

A talent pool for future remote customer support projects, where consultants answer customer inquiries for technology clients. The role is fully remote within the EU on a fixed weekday schedule.

What you will do

• Handle customer support requests mainly through email
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Keep pace with changing tools and technology
• Protect sensitive customer data with care
• Meet key performance targets and understand client solutions deeply
• Coordinate with developers and other specialists

What they look for

• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level or above
• At least six months of customer support experience
• Comfort testing and troubleshooting basic technical problems
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• A proactive and responsible attitude
• A personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and stable internet of 50 Mbps down and 40 Mbps up

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems
