Front-line support for a financial software company serving banks and fund administrators. You act as the link between business clients and technical teams while working from home.
What you will do
- Handle and track incoming tickets in Zendesk
- Send initial replies within agreed service levels
- Gather issue details such as screenshots, versions, reproduction steps and expected results
- Do basic troubleshooting and recreate problems in test environments
- Answer routine questions from documentation and user guides
What they look for
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Customer support experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or software support
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Zendesk
- Familiarity with the fintech sector
- Understanding of ticket management, SLAs, escalation and support workflows
- Comfortable with software platforms and quick to learn new systems
Nice to have
- FinTech or financial software background
- General grasp of financial products and operations
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience reproducing software bugs
