Customer Support Consultant

About the role

A talent pool of support consultants is being built for future projects, handling customer inquiries by email for technology clients while working remotely from home.

What you will do

• Answer customer inquiries by email
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Keep pace with changing tools and technology
• Protect sensitive customer data
• Communicate with developers and other specialists
• Meet performance targets and understand client solutions deeply

What they look for

• Excellent English, at least C1 in speech and writing
• At least six months of customer support experience
• Comfort testing and troubleshooting basic technical issues
• Strong analytical and research skills
• A proactive, responsible and positive attitude
• A personal computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable connection of 50 Mbps down and 40 Mbps up

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems
