About the role

A remote Norwegian-speaking support role in a team that helps customers, with colleagues sharing advice so difficult cases are never handled alone.

What you will do

• Spot cases that need escalation and pass them on with full notes
• Help new colleagues by sharing practical tips from your own cases
• Check internal knowledge articles before answering
• Keep customers updated on timelines and next steps

What they look for

• Fluent Norwegian
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Patience and a helpful attitude in tough conversations
• Basic computer skills and ease with web-based tools
• A quiet workspace and reliable internet for remote work
• Right to work in Greece, such as EU citizenship, a valid permit or refugee protection certificate

Nice to have

• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage but not required
