Customer Training and Success Specialist

About the role

You help new customers with communication challenges and their care partners gain the skills and confidence to use their device well after purchase. Training covers both how the device works and how to apply it in everyday life.

What you will do

• Deliver individual and small group training for device users and care partners, adapted to their comfort with technology
• Run group sessions through the device users community
• Offer flexible training, from a single introductory session to ongoing check ins
• Cover device mechanics alongside practical daily use
• Record customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM
• Share recurring training needs, feedback and adoption issues with product, sales, marketing and support teams

What they look for

• Experience as a speech-language pathologist or SLPA
• At least two years delivering AAC training, clinical instruction or related coaching
• Expertise in AAC and communication partner training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Comfort with Zoom or similar virtual meeting platforms, or teletherapy experience

Nice to have

• ATP certification or Supported Conversation for Adults with Aphasia training
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot

Pay

USD 60,000 to 75,000 per year
