A senior leadership position owning the global risk framework of a trading brokerage. The role safeguards financial stability while enabling sustainable growth.
What you will do
- Shape and roll out the firm's overall strategy for managing risk
- Supervise market, liquidity, operational and counterparty exposure across trading
- Track client order flow, harmful trading patterns and performance
- Build hedging plans with liquidity providers and set exposure and leverage limits
- Produce executive risk reports daily, weekly and monthly and lead a risk team
What they look for
- Three to five years or more in risk management at a Forex or CFD brokerage
- Solid grasp of A-Book and B-Book models and how exposure is managed
- Practical use of MT5 Manager, PrimeXM, Centroid, oneZero or comparable systems
- Deep familiarity with hedging, liquidity and institutional trading operations
- Strong analysis and sound judgement when under pressure
- Proven leadership and clear communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience running brokerage operations across several regions
- Knowledge of FIX API connections and aggregating liquidity
- Work with several liquidity providers and institutional counterparties
- Being based in Dubai
