Project Manager/Coordinator

About the role

Coordinate custom home builds, extensions and renovations for an Australian builder, working closely with the owner and site teams. The role keeps schedules, budgets and documentation on track.

What you will do

• Coordinate several residential projects from planning to completion, meeting timelines, budgets and quality targets
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to keep work moving and resolve issues quickly
• Monitor schedules, spot delays and make sure trades and materials are arranged in advance
• Track costs against budgets, flag overruns and help protect margins on fixed-price contracts
• Keep project records, update schedules, track variations and report progress to the owner
• Use Buildxact to manage project information, schedules and estimating data

What they look for

• At least four years in project management or coordination within custom residential construction
• Experience with high-end homes and renovations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Based in the Philippines and available during Australian business hours

Pay

AUD 2,000 to 2,500 per month
