Support Trainer

About the role

Scale customer support and operations capacity by delivering new hire training, internal enablement and client training support. The role reports to the Training and Enablement Manager and handles instructional and administrative work.

What you will do

• Facilitate recurring live new hire training on product features, workflows and internal tooling
• Work with key teams so new hires reach operational readiness and hit competency targets
• Help the Training and Enablement Manager with enterprise client sessions and multi-seat onboarding
• Support customer-facing webinars led by leadership or enablement managers
• Create and maintain LMS modules, course materials, quizzes and knowledge base articles

What they look for

• Ability to guide learners to a pass rate of at least 95% across certification and LMS courses
• Comfort answering platform, technical and CRM questions during customer and internal sessions
• Skill in building training assessments so sales and support reps can demo new features before release
• Ability to keep training documentation in Confluence accurate and current
