Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads Specialist)

About the role

The role runs and optimizes Meta ad campaigns for a varied client base. It combines campaign management with client communication and tracking setup.

What you will do

• Build and manage ad campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager across many accounts
• Write ad copy, pick images and keep account structures performing well
• Analyze results and present performance reports and recommendations to clients
• Agree goals, audiences and budgets with clients and check ads and landing pages
• Install and configure Meta Pixels through Google Tag Manager and fix tracking issues
• Set up custom conversions and build custom audiences from pixel data

What they look for

• Three to four years managing Facebook advertising campaigns
• Expertise with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
• Experience handling Meta ads for multiple clients at once
• Skills in tracking setup, traffic analysis and audience engagement metrics
• Strong project management, organization and analytical abilities
• Clear communication for working directly with clients

Nice to have

• Familiarity with other channels such as Google Ads
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs and Asana or similar tools
• Copywriting and editing skills and use of Canva
