What you will do
- Handle monthly and quarterly compliance file submissions to contracted health plans, checking formatting and regulatory fit
- Collect and reconcile data from several internal systems so member details, service dates and notes are correct
- Run recurring eligibility checks and work with case managers to adjust service enrollments
- Obtain initial authorisations and renewals through provider portals, tracking approvals and denials
- Copy care manager notes between platforms, standardise tagging and audit for missing entries
- Compile weekly status updates and trend reports for executives and department leads
