Analysts act as front line experts on spend management and payment workflows, resolving client issues from card declines to ERP export failures. They dig into root causes and work with product and engineering teams on system level fixes.
What you will do
- Resolve complex card decline, reimbursement, location mapping and ERP export tickets through support channels
- Trace failed transactions using admin tools and processor portals, guiding clients on fixes
- Investigate platform bugs, gathering logs and reproduction steps before filing structured engineering tickets
- Author standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles for unscripted cases
- Spot repetitive support work and build AI assisted workflows to reduce manual effort
What they look for
- Three or more years in payment operations, commercial card programme management or fintech support
- Direct experience with card issuing, interchange, ACH rules and expense reconciliation
- Ability to investigate raw logs, error payloads and transaction histories independently
- Track record of navigating ambiguity and writing clear procedures
- Practical use of AI tools for parsing data and troubleshooting, with judgment to verify outputs
