Junior CRM Developer

About the role

A junior developer role supporting a CRM team that is moving to a new platform and using data and AI to improve customer experience. You help keep the platforms technically sound and build campaigns and integrations.

What you will do

• Support the specialist manager as the go to person for the CRM platform and roll out advanced features
• Work with the team on complex campaign builds and share knowledge to encourage learning
• Study process pain points and introduce new processes and tools to speed up campaign readiness and cut errors
• Help the technical side of the platform migration so business and data integration needs are met
• Support a programme that raises the technical skills and data literacy of the wider CRM team

What they look for

• One to two years of early career experience in a CRM team, with knowledge of architecture, data structures and best practice
• Experience as a superuser of a CRM platform, with Braze preferred and other major providers accepted
• Experience with programming languages such as HTML, Liquid, CSS or SQL
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills plus stakeholder management across internal teams
• A proactive, achievement focused attitude with integrity and a willingness to implement solutions quickly
• Strategic, analytical and organisational ability with a curious mindset
