Data Administrator

About the role

An individual contributor keeping organisational data accurate, compliant and well integrated, with timely reporting and insights that support daily operations and growth. The role works across teams to enable reliable data-driven decisions.

What you will do

• Oversee monthly and quarterly compliance file submissions to contracted health plans
• Gather, validate and consolidate data from internal systems, checking demographics, service dates and notes
• Run recurring eligibility checks and update member statuses with case managers
• Manage initial authorizations and renewals through provider portals and track their status
• Copy care manager notes between platforms, standardize formatting and audit for missing entries
• Compile weekly status reports and trend insights for executive and leadership teams

Pay

USD 24 to 27 per hour
