Act as the main contact for customer support and guide new clients through onboarding. Help customers get value quickly while keeping records accurate and improving self-service resources.

What you will do
- Answer incoming support requests by chat, email and phone, and route complex cases to clinical or technical colleagues
- Run onboarding calls and product demos, helping new customers reach their first successful case
- Keep CRM records accurate and current as customer details change
- Reach out proactively and run campaigns that reactivate dormant accounts
- Help grow and maintain help centre content so customers can resolve common questions themselves
What they look for
- Proven background in customer support or relationship roles with knowledge of current support practices and tools
- Practical experience with chat, help desk or ticketing systems and CRM platforms
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Strong grasp of the daily needs of dental industry customers
- Account management experience and excellent organisation with close attention to detail
- Friendly, customer-focused communication and an analytical mindset that owns problems through to resolution
Nice to have
- Pipedrive experience
- Additional languages beyond German and English
- Direct dental industry experience
