Product Owner, Operational Policing Solutions

About the role

Own the backlog and shape the roadmap for policing software products, linking business goals with delivery. Represent customer needs and guide development teams.

What you will do

• Help define and manage the product vision with user-centric design throughout
• Define and prioritise roadmaps with the product teams using commercial and technical judgement
• Gather and analyse customer feedback and requirements with development and UX teams
• Act as the voice of the customer and keep interfaces and workflows consistent
• Evaluate completed development work against agreed quality and functional standards
• Support competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions

What they look for

• Proven experience as a product owner or similar product management role in SaaS or software
• Strong communication, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with design and product management tools such as Aha!
• Ability to commute easily to London and obtain security clearance
