What you will do
- Own the platform, DevSecOps and AI operations roadmap with clear reliability and security goals
- Automate provisioning, deployment, compliance, monitoring and support work
- Track platform metrics and cost drivers such as cloud spend, token use, latency and error rates
- Build observability across infrastructure, applications and agentic workflows
- Define CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code and release practices that improve speed and safety

- Experience leading platform, DevSecOps or SRE functions
- Hands-on skill with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM and CloudWatch
- Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, Packer, Ansible and Docker
- Working knowledge of Go, Python, Bash, TypeScript and Nest.js
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and agentic AI operations, governance and evaluation
- Ability to mentor engineers and build shared practices across siloed teams
