Data Analytics Lead, Finance

About the role

A remote leadership role in a finance data analytics team advancing insight-driven finance capabilities. You guide analysts and engineers and deliver scalable reporting and business intelligence solutions.

What you will do

• Oversee several cross-functional, high-visibility analytics projects with competing priorities
• Partner with finance leadership so applications meet planning, consolidation and reporting needs
• Lead requirements discussions and align analytics solutions with strategic priorities
• Direct the design of dashboards, visualisations and reporting tools that yield actionable insights
• Automate manual processes and improve reporting standards for efficiency and scalability

What they look for

• Seven or more years in finance analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or similar roles
• At least two years leading teams, major projects or financial systems initiatives
• Experience with SAP Finance and related financial systems
• Track record leading cross-functional projects and managing external BI contractors
