- Maintain member experience reporting such as satisfaction, engagement and journey dashboards
- Build forecasting and capacity models for service and claims staffing
- Handle ad hoc analytics requests from cross-functional partners
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches with stakeholders
- Streamline recurring reports and improve data quality and turnaround
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical leadership audiences
