What you will do

  • Build and design Tableau dashboards that give clients the analytics views they need
  • Lead and check data cleaning scripts written in SQL, Python and Databricks
  • Keep existing dashboards and reporting tools working for operational and strategic decisions
  • Look for ways to automate workflows and improve how data is handled
  • Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into analytics use cases
  • Help with proposals and internal firm projects alongside client work

  • Able to obtain and keep a federal or DoD public trust clearance
  • A bachelor's degree plus at least one year in analytics, data analysis, data engineering, visualization or data science
  • Or a master's in data science, computer science, statistics, math, engineering, analytics or a related STEM field

Nice to have

  • Comfortable explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Familiar with Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiar with cloud analytics environments such as Databricks, Snowflake or Impala
  • Experience with analytics and data transformation in SQL, Python and R
