What you will do
- Work with executives and stakeholders to understand performance drivers, funding rules and analytical needs
- Convert funding methods, compliance rules and retention drivers into models using Python and SQL
- Build, maintain and validate datasets, reports and dashboards for key metrics and forecasting
- Analyse large datasets to surface trends, risks and opportunities in funding, compliance and retention
- Study student retention metrics across schools, populations and lifecycle points
- Document funding rules, requirements, model logic and data definitions
