Data Analyst

About the role

An analyst role supporting a behavioral health platform, turning data into insights and building the reporting foundation for the data team. The position is remote with Eastern hours.

What you will do

• Build and improve visualizations showing outcomes, network performance and user engagement
• Create automated quality reports and performance dashboards with Looker and similar tools
• Run quantitative analyses in SQL and Python to support business and provider data work
• Set up and maintain documented, scalable data models in the warehouse, for example with dbt
• Work with engineering to improve data ingestion pipelines and keep data timely and reliable
• Present clear recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners

What they look for

• Three to five years in an analytical role
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
• Ability to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort analyzing user pathways and multi-sided marketplace dynamics

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare data such as patient outcomes or capacity planning
