Senior Data Analyst, Supply

About the role

An analytics role focused on the supply side of a ticketing marketplace, turning raw data into insights that guide seller policy, partnerships and product decisions. It is a high-impact individual contributor position working closely with supply, product and engineering teams.

What you will do

• Build a deep grasp of the live events business and how supply shapes marketplace health
• Define an analytics roadmap with supply, product and engineering partners to meet their goals
• Quantify trade-offs before seller policy changes and measure their impact after launch
• Support client success and entertainment teams in growing venue and sports team partnerships
• Give account managers data insights that strengthen seller ties and reveal growth
• Run exploratory and root-cause analysis, and improve datasets and analytical tooling

What they look for

• Four or more years in analytics, data science or similar roles, ideally in tech or marketplaces
• Expert SQL skills and experience analysing very large datasets
• A record of owning ambiguous problems from framing questions to delivering recommendations
• Strong communication, able to simplify complex analyses and defend methodology choices
• A track record of shaping business strategy with data
• Curiosity, humility and a focus on impact in team culture
