What you will do
- Own the learning loop that supports market expansion and co-own product development with leadership, product and engineering
- Lead the EU data team and decide where to place product bets as new markets open
- Frame key questions, define success criteria and build systems that answer them from scratch
- Partner with EU executives and global leadership, sitting on the EU tech leadership team
- Bring analytical rigour and commercial judgement to decisions made with incomplete data
