What you will do
- Help build and validate predictive models from historical response and outcome data
- Assist with feature engineering for behaviour or churn style modelling
- Support generative AI experiments for applied cases such as content generation
- Compare production model performance with test set results
- Write internal documentation on methods and model evaluation
- Work with engineering, product, assessment and content teams to frame analytical questions

- Proficiency in Python
- Some hands-on experience analysing behavioural or user level data
- Basic familiarity with generative AI tools such as prompting and LLM APIs
- Foundational grasp of statistical and machine learning modelling, for example tree based models
- Able to explain technical findings to technical and non technical audiences
Nice to have
- Project experience in these or similar areas
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Exposure to survival analysis, churn modelling or similar predictive frameworks
- Experience monitoring models in production, including spotting distribution shift or performance drift
