Development Manager, Product Teams

About the role

You will lead one or two remote cross-functional development teams that build and improve a flagship enterprise SaaS product. The focus is on people leadership, coaching and delivery accountability rather than hands-on technical work.

What you will do

• Coach and develop one or two software teams, covering performance, engagement and career growth
• Run regular one-to-ones and make sure each direct report has a meaningful development plan
• Lead performance reviews, give ongoing feedback and support career progression
• Handle hiring, onboarding and building team capability as needed
• Work with Product and Engineering colleagues to foster shared ownership and continuous improvement
• Ensure agreed delivery processes are followed and engineering best practices applied consistently

What they look for

• Several years of experience leading software development teams as a Development Manager
• Enough technical understanding to ask good questions and support sound decisions
• A strategic, people-first leadership style that earns engineers' respect
• Readiness to manage between 6 and 12 direct reports
• Based in Poland and available for quarterly in-person events
