Lead Product Designer, Growth

About the role

Lead design for growth work that boosts acquisition, engagement and retention across web and mobile. The role pairs experimentation and data with hands-on design craft.

What you will do

• Lead end to end design for growth initiatives on web and mobile
• Design and run experiments such as A/B tests on onboarding, activation and cross platform adoption
• Use qualitative and quantitative insight to guide design decisions
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity mockups
• Work with product, engineering and data teams to align on goals
• Propose new experiment ideas and share learnings, raising design quality through critique
