Account Based Marketing Director, Global Enterprise

About the role

An individual contributor senior role owning enterprise account-based marketing strategy and a pipeline target across two brands, from account selection through to handoff.

What you will do

• Own the enterprise ABM strategy across both brands, from picking accounts to pipeline handoff
• Create account tiering models and tailored engagement plays for named targets
• Run multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, direct mail, events, programmatic and social
• Personally open doors at new-logo accounts through research and persistence
• Own a pipeline and revenue target and build attribution reporting for the segment
• Report on program performance and engagement, adjusting strategy based on data

What they look for

• Senior hands-on ABM experience, having personally built and run account-based programs
• A track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets in the enterprise segment
• Skill at account tiering and personalised multi-channel engagement
• Ability to coordinate across sales, product marketing and creative teams
• Comfort working as an individual contributor without managing staff
