What you will do
- Manage, coach and develop account managers who handle strategic accounts in the assigned territory
- Grow accounts through upsell, cross sell and new business wins
- Help the team build strategic account plans and keep a steady pipeline
- Coach account managers on CRM use, sales process, pipeline health and forecasting
- Act as executive sponsor and build trusted ties with customer decision makers
- Lead business reviews and planning sessions with customers and coordinate regional marketing events
