About the role

A strategic sales leadership role focused on growing revenue across national strategic accounts and adjacent markets. The position also leads a team of sales professionals and shapes territory strategy.

What you will do

• Grow revenue through retention, account expansion, cross-sell and upsell across national strategic accounts
• Pursue targeted growth in existing accounts and adjacent market segments
• Build executive relationships across operations, finance, procurement and IT stakeholders
• Lead consultative sales engagements and value-based solutions for senior decision-makers
• Manage contract renewals and negotiations balancing customer value and profitability
• Develop national territory and account strategies, and coach a team of account managers

What they look for

• At least eight years of B2B sales experience, with three or more in sales leadership
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building with senior decision-makers
