Global Account Manager

About the role

A senior account role managing a small portfolio of large multinational customers across Europe and beyond. The goal is to build joint business plans, deepen executive relationships and grow revenue and share of wallet.

What you will do

• Own and grow around three complex multinational accounts with large annual revenues
• Build and execute joint strategic plans spanning several European countries and global level
• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level sponsors
• Lead high value commercial negotiations involving multiple countries and parties
• Coordinate local teams across Europe and connect them with international peers
• Analyse account performance, forecast accurately and manage CRM reporting

What they look for

• Eight or more years in strategic, international or global account management, ideally in the IT ecosystem
• Proven record managing large multinational customers across several countries
• Strong experience influencing and negotiating with C-level decision makers
• Outstanding relationship building and trusted advisor skills
• Background in an IT distributor, technology vendor, reseller or systems integrator
