Regional Finance Manager, FP&A

About the role

Serve as the finance partner to regional operations and physician leaders for a portfolio of emergency departments. Own budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis that informs decisions on margin and growth.

What you will do

• Run monthly close review, variance analysis and reporting for a region of roughly twenty sites
• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast alongside regional vice presidents
• Spot margin improvement opportunities, size their impact and track delivery
• Own hospital contract economics and prepare board and sponsor materials with KPIs and EBITDA bridges

What they look for

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability
• Clear communication with non finance stakeholders such as physicians

Nice to have

• Experience in physician practice management, emergency medicine or hospital based specialties
• Knowledge of professional fee revenue cycle including coding, payer contracting and collections
• Background in a private equity backed or multi site setting
• MBA, CPA or CFA
